About me
I’m Maurice Hofra. What I teach, I operate.
I’ve spent years in short-term rentals in Colombia: I went from a portfolio of 90+ properties to a consolidated, profitable operation, and today I help other operators do the same with method, data and artificial intelligence.
An engineer by training and a marketer by vocation, I combine the credibility of running real properties — from city and beach apartments to a boutique hotel in Jericó — with years of training hosts and operators across Latin America — Colombia, Mexico, Chile and beyond. I don’t talk theory: I speak from operations.
